The proforma financials include the historical regional proforma information as a complement to historical proforma information on a Group level which was disclosed via press release on 14th July 2017. The Group level information is included again in this release for completeness.
The proforma financials exclude the units to be divested as a result of the ruling by the EU Competition Authorities, as the profit and loss for these units will be disclosed as “Profit from discontinued operations, net of tax”.
In terms of larger acquisitions during 2016 and the first quarter of 2017, it should be noted that Aktua (part of region Spain) was consolidated from 1 June 2016 and 1st Credit (part of Region Western and Southern Europe) was consolidated from 1 February 2017.
