Intrum has added Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) to its existing Revolving Credit Facility at the same terms as existing lenders, thereby increasing its financial flexibility.

Intrum has added SEB as an additional banking partner to its existing revolving credit facility. SEB joins the current lending bank group of Nordea, DnB, Swedbank, Danske Bank and Nykredit on the same terms with a commitment of €275m. With the completion of this arrangement Intrum’s revolving credit facility is now €1,375bn.

– We welcome SEB as an additional lending bank to Intrum and we look forward to working with them. Our leverage commitment of 2.5x-3.5x remains firm, and bringing SEB on board increases our financial flexibility and demonstrates Intrum’s ability to continue attracting industry leading cost of funding, said Danko Maras, CFO of Intrum.
