Intrum announces launch of offering of EUR 500 million senior notes due 2025
Today, Intrum announced that it has launched an offering (the “Offering”) of EUR 500 million in aggregate principal amount of fixed rate senior notes due 2025 (the “Notes”).
The proceeds from the Offering will be used to refinance a portion of Intrum’s outstanding EUR 750 million senior fixed rate notes due 2022.
