Intrum issues a five year and three months, EUR 75 million private placement bond

Intrum has issued a five year and three months, EUR 75 million senior unsecured fixed rate note (the “Notes”). Application will be made to list the Notes on the Securities Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on December 13, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions. The proceeds will be used to repay certain drawings under Intrum’s revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
