Intrum Justitia and Visegrad NV, the minority owner of the Group subsidiary Intrum Justitia Central Europe BV have, in connection with previous agreement, signed an agreement that in principle partly governs investments in portfolios of written-off receivables in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary, partly specifies the calculation of the variable commission on these portfolios. The variable commission is calculated as the amount exceeding Intrum Justitia’s yield requirement on each of the investments in portfolios of written-off receivables in the three aforementioned countries. Visegrad NV’s share of the variable commission for 2004 is not expected to exceed SEK 2 M after tax. Intrum Justitia’s operating companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary are wholly owned by Intrum Justitia Central Europe BV, which in turn is 60 percent owned by Intrum Justitia and 40 percent by Visegrad NV. The latter company is owned by Henning Bensland, Intrum Justitia’s regional manager for Poland, the Czech Republic & Hungary, and Louis Martin, a former employee of the Intrum Justitia Group.
