Mohammed Salloum has been appointed interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Intrum, effective 1 June 2022. Harry Vranjes, who has been COO since 2020, will leave Intrum for a position outside the company.

Mohammed Salloum has, in his role as Chief Transformation Program Officer, been leading Intrum’s transformation program since January 2021 and joined Intrum as Group Finance Director in August 2020. Mohammed has previously held positions specialized in finance and strategy at companies such as McKinsey & Company, Hemfrid AB, Capgemini Consulting and Volvo Group.

“With Mohammed Salloum entering the position as interim COO, we take a natural step to further integrate our transformation program with our operating model”, says Anders Engdahl, President & CEO. “Mohammed’s broad finance and consulting background and his specialization within strategic transformations will be continuously important in his new role, as we continue our journey towards becoming a more digital, relevant, simple and scalable ONE Intrum”, concludes Anders Engdahl.

“I would like to thank Harry Vranjes who has made strategically important contributions within business development, IT and operations during his 20 years at Intrum and as a member of the Group Management Team during the last decade”, says Anders Engdahl.

Mohammed will continue to report directly to President & CEO Anders Engdahl and he will also continuously be part of the Group Management Team.
