Nomination Committee for Intrum Justitia’s Annual General Meeting 2007

At Intrum Justitia AB’s Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2006, it was resolved that the Chairman of the Board of Directors shall convene the five largest shareholders of the company at the end of the third quarter of the year in order to form a Nomination Committee.

Following a contact with the company’s five largest shareholders, the following members have been nominated:

- Ársæll Hafsteinsson, Landsbanki Íslands, (11.7 percent of capital and votes);
- Christer Gardell, Cevian Capital, (10.1 percent of capital and votes);
- Göran Espelund, Lannebo Funds, (6.8 percent of capital and votes);
- Björn Lind, SEB Funds and SEB Trygg Liv, (5.3 percent of capital and votes); and
- Björn Fröling, Parkerhouse Investments, (3.8 percent of capital and votes).

The Nomination Committee represents in total approximately 37.7 per cent of the capital and votes in the company.

The Nomination Committee will be chaired by one of its members. The tasks of the Nomination Committee and the guidelines for the appointment of its members are described on the web site of the company, www.intrum.com.

Shareholders are welcome to submit their proposals and views to the Nomination Committee by 1 December 2006 by e-mail to agm@intrum.com.

The Nomination Committee’s proposal for Board of Directors will be announced in the notice for the Annual General Meeting 2007 and on the corporate web site.

The Annual General Meeting in Intrum Justitia AB will be held on Wednesday 25 April 2007, at
4 p.m. CET. At the World Trade Center in Stockholm, Sweden.
