Nomination Committee’s proposal for Board Members of Intrum Justitia AB (publ)

The Nomination Committee has informed Intrum Justitia of their proposal to the Annual General Meeting 2006 to increase the number of Board Members to eight. The Nomination Committee will propose the re-election of Sigurjón Th. Árnason, Helen Fasth-Gillstedt, Lars Förberg, Bo Ingemarson and Jim Richards and election of Lars Lundquist, Michael Wolf and Lars Wollung as new Board Members. Björn Fröling and Leif Palmdahl have declined re-election. Furthermore the Nomination Committee will propose the election of Lars Lundquist as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Bo Ingemarson as Deputy Chairman. Shareholders representing about 49 per cent of the total votes and shares in the company support this proposal. Lars Lundquist, age 58, former Vice President and Deputy CEO of SEB. Lundquist holds a B.Sc.Econ. and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. Michael Wolf age 42, Executive Vice President of Skandia, Head of the Europe & Latin America Division. B.Sc.Econ. Lars Wollung age 44, President and CEO of AcandoFrontec, joint founder of the company in 1999. Lars holds an M.Sc. from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and an M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics. The notice for the Annual General Meeting will include a complete presentation of the candidates, including other Board Memberships, remuneration etc. The Members of the Nomination Committee for the Intrum Justitia Annual General Meeting 2006 are: Christer Gardell, Cevian Capital, Chairman, Göran Espelund, Lannebo funds, Björn Fröling, Parkerhouse Investment, Adam Gerge, Didner & Gerge, Ársæll Hafsteinsson, Landsbanki Íslands. Björn Lind, SEB funds and SEB Trygg Liv was co-opted to the committee’s meetings.
