As previously announced, the number of shares and votes in Intrum Justitia AB has changed as a result of the shares issued to the former owners of Lindorff.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 131,541,320 shares in the company, entitling to a total of 131,541,320 votes. The company holds no own shares.
