Notification of major shareholding in own shares

In accordance with the resolution adopted at the Annual General Meeting, Intrum AB (publ) has cancelled 9 820 402 shares that were held by the company. The company’s holding of own shares thereby amounts to 600 000 shares, corresponding to 0.49 per cent of the total amount of shares and votes in the company.
