From Business to Buttons 2017: Digitalization, UX and Service Design is now at the center of attention in all organisations. So, how do we leverage this interest and help our organisations reach the next level?

Creating solutions that make everyday life easier and more fun require clear strategy, deep understanding of human behavior, extraordinary design skills, creative and efficient teams, great processes, and the endurance to push your team and organisation forward.

– We need to truly understand how to engage the customers, the users, the citizens. The whole teams need to be involved, as do top management. We need to fundamentally change the organisations that we work for. Jaime Levy, author of “UX Strategy”, announced as first speaker

Since the first conference in 2007, the conference has had lots of great speakers. Nobel Prize laureate and former US vice president Al Gore, Behavioral Scientist Susan Weinschenk, and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak to mention a few.

Jaime Levy, author of the book “UX Strategy”, is the first speaker that we announce. She will be accompanied with eight more high class international speakers that will be revealed over the weeks to come.

– Jaime Levy is extremely interesting. She’s a real digital pioneer, having worked with organisations like City National Bank, Disney, HBO and South Park Studios, since she started out 25 years ago, and now she’s working on the UX Strategy for Hyperloop, says Johan Berndtsson.

As usual, some of the speakers will address this theme of engagement head on, and others will have topics related to UX and Service Design in general.

The conference will take place at Münchenbryggeriet in Stockholm, 27 April 2017. Tickets are now available.
