Disclosure notice Stockholm, January 5, 2000 Investor AB´s total ownership in Volvo today amounts to 1,283,600 A shares and 22,627,200 B shares, which represent 5.4 percent of the share capital in the company and 2.1 percent of the voting rights. In Investor's nine- month interim report for the period January to September 1999 a holding amounting to 592,600 A shares and 12,657,400 B shares was disclosed. This represented 3.0 percent of the share capital in the company and 1.1 percent of the voting rights.
