Disclosure notice Stockholm, March 24, 1999 Investor AB has acquired 15,567,000 A shares in Stora Enso. Simultaneously Investor has sold 15,567,000 R shares in the company and Investor AB´s ownership afterwards amounts to 42,975,146 A shares and 34,917,602 R shares, which represent 15.8 percent of the voting rights in the company and 10.3 percent of the share capital. Investor AB´s previous ownership corresponded to 11.0 percent of the voting rights and 10.3 percent of the share capital.
