Disclosure Notice

With reference to the disclosure notice released by Investor on September 14, 2005 concerning the loan of 2,100,000 shares in Biotage in connection with a new share issue, the shares on loan have now been returned to Investor. After this transaction, Investor’s holding in Biotage now corresponds to 10.1 percent of the voting rights and share capital. Prior to Biotage’s new share issue, Investor’s holding in the company was 11.3 percent of the votes and capital.
