Disclosure Notice Stockholm, September 18, 2000 Investor ABs share of votes and capital in Stora Enso Oyj has changed following Stora Ensos share issue on September 11, 2000, to the shareholders of Consolidated Papers, Inc. Investors holding, after the transaction, amounts to 61,991,786 Series A shares and 18,334,862 Series R shares, which corresponds to 22.7 percent of votes and 8.7 percent of capital. Investors previous holding amounted to 24.1 percent of votes and 10.2 percent of capital. Of the current holding, 2,433,900 Series R shares belong to the subsidiary InvestorsTrading AB.
