FDA lifts Gambro U.S. import alert

Gambro has successfully addressed the observations cited in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) January 2006 warning letter to the company’s monitor manufacturing facilities in Dasco, Italy and Lund, Sweden. As a result the FDA has lifted the Import Alert preventing the import of Gambro’s Phoenix® and Prismaflex® machines into the United States.
