Investor AB has acquired 8,557,180 A shares in Scania AB. At the same time Investor has sold 6,207,180 B shares in the company. Investor AB's holding after this, after full utilization of issued warrants, amounts to 49.0 percent of the company's votes and 27.3 percent of the share capital. Investor's previous holding, after full utilization of issued warrants, corresponded to 42.0 percent of the company's votes and 26.5 percent of the share capital.
