Investor AB’s 2016 Annual Report now available online

Today, Investor announced that the company’s complete Annual Report for 2016 in English and Swedish is available as PDF documents for downloading or reading at www.investorab.com. The printed versions will soon be available for distribution.

For Investor, celebrating our 100th anniversary, 2016 was successful. We continued to support the development of our companies and many important activities were initiated. Our total shareholder return was 13 percent and or cash flow was strong.

Within Listed Core Investments, we invested approximately SEK 1.5 bn., strengthening our ownership in several holdings. We committed additional capital to EQT funds and within Patricia Industries, we added our second North American subsidiary, Laborie.

We also sharpened our focus on sustainability by implementing climate compensation at Investor and by integrating sustainability into our value creation plans, the foundation of our active ownership work.

Our operating priorities, to grow net asset value, operate efficiently and pay a steadily rising dividend, remain firm.

Investor’s Annual General Meeting will be held on May 3, 2017.
