A new company, Novare Act, has been formed within the Investor-owned Novare Group to offer services in connection with change and development projects. The services are based on “action learning”, a well established, international and solution-focused method to drive change processes. Saab Systems and Technology is one of the first clients to enlist the services of Novare Act for the Saab Controllers Business Program. Pia Anderberg has been appointed managing director of Novare Act. Fredrik Hillelson, CEO of Novare Human Capital and Head of Human Resources at Investor, is chairman of Novare Act. “Since we established the first Novare company in 2001, we have increasingly seen emerging business opportunities within the human resources field in Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region. The Novare Group has grown gradually, and with Novare Act, we can support the growth and development process of companies in yet another way,” says Fredrik Hillelson. “The basic concept behind the Saab Business Controllers Program is that individuals and the group develop best professionally by working specifically with assignments that directly support business goals, instead of receiving traditional education and training. Internal knowledge and experience is supplemented with external sources of inspiration and coaching. One of the keys to the program’s success will be Novare’s creativity, methodology, network and ability to provide a solid platform for the program,” says Carl Mellander, VP Business Control & Procurement at Saab Systems and Technology.
