Lars Wedenborn New Chief Financial Officer at Investor Lars Wedenborn has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Investor AB. He will also be a member of the Management Group, reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Wallenberg. Mr. Wedenborn, 41, has more than 15 years' experience working with finance and economic issues in the financial markets. For the past eight years, he has been Chief Financial Officer in the Alfred Berg group, the last three of which he also served as Deputy Managing Director. "We are very pleased to have Lars Wedenborn on our team," says Mr. Wallenberg. "The extensive breadth of his experience in matters regarding finance, economics and administration will be of invaluable use in the Investor of the future." Mr. Wedenborn will assume his position during the first quarter of 2000, when he will be taking over from CFO Pia Rudengren, who will be going on maternity leave.
