The boards of Investor AB and Volkswagen AG have approved the agreement on sale of shares in Scania AB which was made public on March 27, 2000. According to the agreement Volkswagen AG acquires 37.4 million A-shares in Scania AB from Investor AB for a purchase price amounting to a total of SEK13,838 million.
