INVIK EXPAND WITHIN ASSET MANAGEMENT Invik & Co. AB's wholly owned subsidiary Modern Privat Kapitalförvaltning MPK Holding AB has signed an agreement regarding a purchase of OP Financial Services AB. Simultaneously Modern Privat Kapitalförvaltning MPK AB also will take over the business in Fondselect AB.
