Invik has transferred the shares in SEC to NetCom

Invik has transferred the shares in SEC to NetCom Invik & Co. AB including subsidiaries ("Invik") has transferred all shares in Société Européenne de Communication S.A. ("SEC") to NetCom AB ("NetCom"). Pending the registration of the new issue of shares, Invik has received interim shares in NetCom. Invik owns 9,642,608 shares of Series A and 3,172,196 shares of Series B in NetCom, together representing 8,9% of the shares and 24,0% of the votes in the company.
