SHARE RECLASSIFICATION Invik & Co. AB today announced that holders of 5,312,726 class A shares have registered to reclassify their class A shares into class B shares. The reclassification is made in accordance with the resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 April 2004. The number of class A shares following the reclassification is 28,774,264 and the number of class B-shares is 48,825,736. The total number of outstanding shares following the share reclassification remains unchanged at 77,600,000.
