Change in number of shares and voting rights in Invuo Technologies AB (publ)

Invuo Technologies AB (publ) (“Invuo”) has, in accordance with information previously announced, completed a rights issue which has increased the total number of shares and voting rights in Invuo to 82,084,955.

Prior to the rights issue, there were a total of 58,765,305 shares and voting rights in Invuo. The number of shares and voting rights increased with 23,319,650 through the rights issue. As of 29 December 2017, the total number of shares and voting rights in Invuo amount to 82,084,955 after the rights issue.
