Seamless postpones report for the second quarter of 2017

Seamless Distribution AB ("Seamless") has previously announced that the report for the second quarter of 2017 will be published on July 19, 2017. As previously communicated, Seamless intends to list the subsidiary Seamless Distribution Systems AB ("SDS") on First North during the current quarter. Due to the planned divestment of SDS, the release of Seamless’ report for the second quarter is postponed to August 10, 2017.
