Seamless changes its trade name

Seamless Distribution AB has today changed its trade name to Invuo Technologies AB (the “Company” or “Invuo”) by registration of new articles of association.The Company has today changed its trade name and registered new articles of association in accordance with a resolution from the extraordinary general meeting held on 24 November 2017. Fibank implements the second technology wave with Mea Token Platform

MeaWallet A/S (“MeaWallet”), part of Seamless Distribution AB (“Seamless”), has signed an agreement with First Investment Bank AD in Bulgaria for delivery of the Mea Token Platform. Patent cases dismissed

In October 2013, Accumulate AB filed a lawsuit against Seamless Distribution AB (publ) for alleged patent infringement. In August 2014, Seamless filed a lawsuit against Accumulate where Seamless claimed that Accumulate’s patent should be declared invalid. On September 15, 2017, the Swedish Patent and Market Court announced its judgements in both cases. The judgements were appealed by Accumulate to the Swedish Patent and Market Court of Appeal, and the court has now decided to dismiss both cases. Changes to ownership in Seamless

Seamless Distribution's shareholder Tikvah Management has, after being approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority in Sweden, exercised the option contract entered into with Fredell & Co in June 2017. Following the transaction, Tikvah strengthens its ownership in Seamless, which amounts to 8,604,635 shares or 14.6 % of the votes. Court rules in favour of Seamless in Accumulate cases

In October 2013, the Swedish privately held Accumulate AB filed a lawsuit against Seamless Distribution AB for patent infringement. In the lawsuit, Accumulate demanded that Seamless should cease to offer the mobile payment solution Seqr in Sweden. Seamless, which has always rejected any claim for patent infringement, filed a lawsuit against Accumulate in August 2014 where Seamless requested that Accumulate’s patent be declared invalid.  The Patent and Market Court has now given judgment in both cases. In the case of invalidity, the court has ruled that Accumulate patent is to be annulled.
