Inwido's Chairman of the Board Georg Brunstam declines re-election

Due to his return to the position as President and CEO of HEXPOL AB, Inwido's Chairman of the Board Georg Brunstam has today informed the Nomination Committee that he does not intend to make himself available for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting. Recruitment of a new Chairman of the Board starts immediately.

Georg Brunstam resigns as Chairman and Board member at the Annual General Meeting on May 6 2021.

"I am pleased to have been able to contribute to the development of Europe's largest window group, increased value creation and good corporate governance together with the board and management. During my last year on the board, it is extra pleasing how well the company has handled the ongoing Covid pandemic and at the same time prepared the group for continued expansion", says Georg Brunstam.
