Mikael Grundén is the new Managing Director of Inwido companies Hajom and SnickarPer
Mikael Grundén is the new Managing Director of Hajom and SnickarPer. For the past five years, Mikael has been the CEO of interior design company Senab, a company in which he was active for 18 years.
Mikael Grundén has a solid background in sales, marketing and management. Among other things, he has worked, as Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Deputy CEO before being appointed as CEO of Senab. Mikael was previously a construction carpenter and ran his own carpentry company before entering the interior furnishings industry.
“Hajom and SnickarPer produce and sell premium products with a high degree of design content to a customer group that often values these products as design details in their homes. With his solid experience as a CEO in the interior furnishings industry, I am very pleased that Mikael has begun work as the Managing Director of our companies and I look forward to seeing their continued positive development under Michael’s leadership,” says Henrik Hjalmarsson, President and CEO Inwido.
The foundations of SnickarPer, experts in Småland fine-carpentry doors, were laid in 1935 and the company has been owned by Inwido since 2006. Hajom, which specializes in premium-segment sliding doors, was founded as early as in 1911 and has been owned by Inwido since 2006. In other words, Mikael Grundén will be responsible for two strong brands with a long and solid history.
