However, after the announcement of the Nomination Committee’s proposal, Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen has declined re-election due to her new position as CFO for Stark Group in Denmark.Revising the proposal made public 1 March, 2018, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Georg Brunstam (Chairman of the Board), Benny Ernstson, Astrid Simonsen Joos and Anders Wassberg and new election of Henriette Schütze. Henriette Schütze was born in 1968.
