    Inwido makes yet another acquisition and enters a new market - Slovenia

    Inwido acquires AJM Group, a leader in the Slovenian window market with sales also in the neighboring countries Austria and Switzerland. The acquisition represents a significant move for Inwido to expand its European footprint.AJM Group is a Slovenian, family-owned window and door company established in 1990. With annual sales of approximately EUR 30 million and profitability in line with the Inwido average, AJM Group employs 200 people at its production facility and headquarters on the Austrian border near Maribor, Slovenia. The facility is well-invested with capacity to expand volume.

    Inwido acquires Fast Frame in Nottingham, England, a company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of PVCu windows and doors for both commercial and trade.     Inwido acquires RM Snickerier, a leader in Sweden in the premium segment of windows and doors with modern features in a traditional style – “allmoge”. The company, with approx. 40 employees, has a turnover of approx. 70 MSEK with a profitability higher than Inwido's average profit margin.
