Change in Financial Calendar

Inzile AB (publ) hereby announces a change in its financial calendar. The company will not publish a financial interim report for the first quarter of 2022. Next interim report, for the first six months of 2022, will be published on August 31, 2022.

The reason for this change in the company's financial calendar is that the consolidation of the newly established group as well as the auditing process of the financial year 2021 were very complex and thereby time consuming, due to Inzile's acquisition of 80% of Spanish QEV Tech Holdings SL.
