Inzile adapts and focuses the organization

The electric vehicle manufacturer Inzile is adapting the size of the organization. The Board and management have made the assessment that a reduction in costs is necessary to make Inzile a profitable and successful growth company. The size of the organization will be adapted to the current sales level and includes both the company's management and other staff. Negotiations with trade unions have been initiated regarding blue- and white-collar employees.

 - I have now had the opportunity to familiarize myself with Inzile and analyze the company's opportunities. We have set a new sales strategy via resellers and we have switched to customer order-driven production. In addition, we have created a consolidated industrial management structure and a commercial management structure with sales, service and financing that allows us to offer the customer complete solutions, comments Inzile's CEO Daniel Wedberg, who took office on June 1, 2021.

 - The consequence of the above is a redundancy that we now handle with notice and union negotiations, Daniel Wedberg continues.

- Inzile's vision is firm. The global market is growing rapidly and it is my conviction that with this adaptation we can deliver much better on our sales strategy while maintaining the cost base, which together gives us very good opportunities to succeed in the global market, concludes Daniel Wedberg.

The changes in Inziles organization will be implemented immediately.
