Inzile files for bankruptcy

The Board of Directors of Inzile AB (Publ) ("Inzile" or the "Company") has today decided to apply to declare the Company bankrupt. The bankruptcy application is scheduled to be filed today, November 7, 2022 with the Stockholm District Court.

The reason for filing for bankruptcy is that Inzile has not been able to resolve its strained financial situation. A bridge financing loan of approximately SEK 50 million has become due and the Company does not have the available funds to pay the loan and the accrued supplier invoices.

The company has proposed lawyer Karl Björlin at Cirio Advokatbyrå as bankruptcy trustee.
