Inzile's CEO Daniel Wedberg has announced that he is resigning and will leave the company.

  - Inzile has entered a new phase to internationalize the company and will thus need a CEO with different skills and experience, says Ragnar Åhgren, main owner and chairman of the board of Inzile.

We will develop new types of vehicles with a significantly larger software and service content to meet the new needs in the global market. The future customers want to buy vehicles as a service - Electric Vehicles as a Service - and we will build services around connected cars with the help of AI. It requires a different leadership and understanding of this type of business, adds Ragnar Åhgren.

Inzile will immediately begin the process of recruiting a new CEO. If necessary, Inzile's commercial director, Klas Åhgren, will step in as acting CEO until a new CEO is in place.

At the request of a majority of Inzile's shareholders, and with the support of chairman Ragnar Åhgren, the company continues the process of convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to elect new board members and decide on the acquisition of 80% of the shares in QEV Tech Holdings. Given that Inzile's EGM votes in favor of the proposed acquisition, the company will renew its direction and management to take its new global path to becoming a leading company in electric mobility solutions for special vehicles, the production of so-called eFashion hypercars and the design and commercialization of electric vehicles for the hotel & resorts segment.
