Proposal for board members to the Extraordinary General Meeting
A proposal for board members for resolutions regarding the election of the Board of Directors at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Inzile AB (publ) (“Inzile”), on September 20, 2021, has come to Inzile's knowledge. The main owner Ragnar Åhgren suggests the following people:
- Ragnar Åhgren, Chairman of the Board
- Leif Lindqvist, Board Member
- Måns Sjöstedt, Board Member
- Håkan Örtenholm, Board Member

As the company does not have a nomination committee, this proposal is submitted by the main owner Ragnar Åhgren.
According to Inzile's Articles of Association, the board shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of ten members, without deputies.
