Ragnar Åhgren takes over as Chairman of the Board of Inzile
The main owner and board member of Inzile AB (publ) Ragnar Åhgren has been elected Chairman of the Board. Until 31 May 2021, Ragnar Åhgren was CEO of Inzile. Ragnar Åhgren thus succeeds Johan Svärd, who has decided to leave Inzile's board due to his demanding commitment as a partner and board member in other companies.
- It feels natural that I, as the main owner, now take responsibility for leading the board of Inzile in the continued development towards internationalization and a broadening of product and customer segments, comments Ragnar Åhgren. We thank Johan Svärd for his meritorious work as chairman of leading the company to listing and our first steps into the market for electric transport vehicles, adds Ragnar Åhgren.
The change in Inzile's board takes place immediately.
