Record-breaking order for Inzile’s Hotels & Resorts concept

Inzile AB (publ) (Inzile) has received a record-breaking order of 900 Hotels & Resorts vehicles from Emos Caribbean (Emos), a 50/50 joint venture between Inzile and Spanish Pinero Group (Pinero). The order value for Inzile exceeds MSEK 180, including services. The 900 vehicles are divided into 400 passenger, 400 cargo and 100 trailer models.

The order regards Inzile’s new electric platform concept for the Hotels & Resorts sector in the Caribbean market. The order value for Inzile of more than MSEK 180 reflects supply of all parts for the vehicles to the assembly factory in the Dominican Republic. In addition to that Inzile will receive 50% of the sales margin of the finished products and services when the vehicles are sold to end customers.

Assembly will start in Q1 2023 at the new factory in the Dominican Republic. The factory is fully owned by a subsidiary to Pinero and the vehicles will be delivered during 2023 to Pinero as well as to other companies in the Hotels & Resorts market in the Caribbean.
