In a complex world, it is extremely hard for executives to be on top of what is being said and done about the brand. The jungle of channels and contact points mean they are often unable to know whether strategies are followed in practice. This fundamental problem of marketing management can now be solved with Brand Action Monitor AI.

Brand strategy goes far beyond communications, as everything from products to aftermarket service and social media buzz all affect the brand significantly. But as anyone in a leading position knows, it has been extremely difficult to stay on top of all the communicative footprints of a brand. We literally don’t know what we are doing.

Until know this was an unsolvable dilemma. But now machine learning algorithms can take the tedium out of monitoring and determining whether we are on- or off strategy. The Brand Action Monitor measures, and visualizes graphically, actual statements about the brand and judges compliance with the set strategy. Content is easily identified for further actions. As a standard, all available relevant open-source content is connected to the monitor but the visualization can also, according to customer specifications, be broken down into different geographical as well as category markets as well as different contacts points such as customer service, press, product related materials and so forth.

The Brand Action Monitor naturally enables increased return on investment in marketing budgets and activities.

Our customers

The Brand Action Monitor is directly targeted at all companies striving to optimize the impact of their brand strategies on their market communication and positioning. Based on near real time news, narrative data, internal customer support data, and other unstructured information, Brand Action Monitor enables almost instant insights into how well current brand strategies are reflected.

As add on features, customers of the Brand Action Monitor can also be enabled to undertake internal logging, reporting and knowledge sharing for the purpose of improved brand strategy impact on the ongoing brand communications.
