Inzyon launches Brand Action Monitor AI

Inzyon AB and Mats Georgson, of Georgson &Co, today announce the availability of a new groundbreaking application for brand strategy management - the Brand Action Monitor AI. Beyond mere media monitoring, the Brand Action Monitor AI keeps track of all activity internal and external and ensures they are on strategy.

Brand strategy is one of the most precious components of corporate strategy as it outlines the core of activities, and resource utilization, with the purpose of driving the market perception and associations in relation to the brand. A key challenge for brand executives is however to measure how well the strategy impacts the company’s own communications and customer dialogues as well as the brand perception in general in non-company-controlled media, such as news reporting, analysts’ opinions and social media discussions.

With real time algorithm-based content analysis, the Brand Action Monitor measures, and visualizes graphically, actual brand perception and positioning compliance with the set strategy. Content proving on-, or off-, strategy communications is easily identified for further actions. As a standard, all available relevant open-source content is connected to the monitor but the visualization can also, according to customer specifications, broken down into different geographical as well as category markets as well as different contacts points such as customer service, press, product related materials and so forth.

The Brand Action Monitor naturally enables increased return on investment in marketing budgets and activities.

Our customers

The Brand Action Monitor is directly targeted at all companies striving to optimize the impact of their brand strategies on their market communication and positioning. Based on near real time news, narrative data, internal customer support data, and other unstructured information, Brand Action Monitor enables almost instant insights into how well current brand strategies are reflected.

As add on features, customers of the Brand Action Monitor can also be enabled to undertake internal logging, reporting and knowledge sharing for the purpose of improved brand strategy impact on the ongoing brand communications.

Technical aspects

Brand Action Monitor is a for-purpose configured, automated, SaaS-application for monitoring, analysing, and acting upon customer specific brand related matters. Although customers’ off the shelf starting configuration is set for their specific brand focus, each customer can then add new components of Inzyon’s continuously evolving algorithm library to further wide their strategic monitoring of their positioning and market appeal.
