The relationship brings together two leading Chicago-based technology providers of innovative cloud solutions.
Cleversafe needed a reliable solution to connect their employees located in multiple locations around the country. Cleversafe product engineers, project managers, sales engineers, and executives needed to communicate with a more collaborative presence without the expense and disruptions of travel. Critical requirements were an easy to use, enterprise-class solution that offered high quality audio/video connectivity as well as a way to share data independently without requiring the moderator to “pass the baton”.
Given Cleversafe’s familiarity with the value of cloud-based solutions, investing with a secure, Software-as-a-Service solution was another compelling factor. Cleversafe employees are now leveraging four new conference rooms in three locations as well as multiple desktop users for full and inclusive visual collaboration.
Prior to investing with the Visimeet solution, Cleversafe had utilized other web-based solutions but wanted a solution that would extend full video collaboration to conference rooms without a significant hardware investment.
