Ioffice wins in the categories of Coworking Space of the Year and Breakthrough of the Year at the Coworking Awards in Stockholm.

For the second consecutive year, the Coworking Award was presented by the organizer Workaround. This year, Ioffice was nominated in four of the award’s five categories. During the gala evening, Ioffice received two victories, one second place, and one third place, based on the jury's decision.

Winner: Coworking Space of the Year (Kungsgatan 64).
The motivation read: "Now we know that members on-site are thriving and are more than happy to recommend this facility to their friends and companies."

Winner: Breakthrough of the Year (Drottninggatan 33).
The motivation read: "The facility's range of solutions appeals to both large and small businesses, and the price level suits various budgets."

"It’s fantastic that two of our facilities have been named the best in Sweden. Our ambition is for our customers to feel at home while we offer solutions that suit most people. When this is recognized, I can only give full credit to our staff. They are the ones who do the work to make customers feel at home," says Karoline Palmqvist, COO and operational manager for all facilities, as well as part of the development team for Ioffice's growth.

In the Community category, Ioffice achieved third place, and in the Most Sustainable category, they received the silver medal. While they didn’t clinch the top spot in these categories, they see it as motivation for future efforts.

"Considering our future and the next generations is a fundamental principle of how we work at Ioffice. Every purchase and every consumable that passes through our facilities involves sustainable environmental thinking. It’s only with this mindset that we can leave a better world for our children," says Malin Södergren, Facility Manager at Ioffice and responsible for sustainability matters.

Nominated in four out of five categories, with two victories, one second place, and one third place, Ioffice left the Coworking Award with the most accolades and was therefore declared "best in Sweden." While Homan Tehrani is proud of this achievement, he emphasizes that it won’t go to Ioffice's head. On the contrary, he believes that the real work begins now.

"There’s nothing harder than staying on top. We will continue our journey with what has brought us here today - keeping our customers at the center. That’s our business model, and I’m convinced it’s the winning concept."
