Ioffice CEO on stage at Europe's largest conference for coworking
The Coworking Europe 2024 conference will take place on november 13–14 in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Homan Tehrani, founder and CEO of the Swedish serviced office and business center Ioffice, has been invited to participate in two panel discussions on the themes "How to increase demand for flexible workspaces" and "industry consolidation."
"We have much to learn from experiences in other countries, but I am convinced that Sweden has valuable insights to contribute," says Homan Tehrani, CEO of Ioffice.

Coworking Europe 2024 is Europe’s largest forum and conference for the office hotel and coworking industry. It has been held annually since 2011, with 420 participants from 50 countries attending last year’s conference in Porto, Portugal. This year, it is being hosted in Sofia, Bulgaria, on November 13–14. For the first time, a representative from a fully Swedish business center, Ioffice’s founder and CEO Homan Tehrani, has been invited to join the stage.
"It’s great that they have recognized the industry’s development in Sweden, and there are definitely Swedish experiences worth highlighting internationally," says Homan Tehrani.
Homan Tehrani has been invited to join two panel discussions. The first, titled "as many large office leases expire soon, how can we make flexible workspaces the obvious choice for all companies?" will lead into a discussion about enhancing the appeal of office hotels and coworking spaces.
"The core is to offer a better product than companies leasing their own office space. We’ll discuss what that offering looks like and how it can be improved," says Homan Tehrani.
The second panel discussion is titled "must all companies offering flexible workspaces in the EU consolidate, and if so, why?" and will address the market conditions and what is needed for its development.
"The topic is highly relevant in Sweden, where we see clear trends regarding who is struggling more than others, even as demand for flexible office solutions continues to grow," says Homan Tehrani.
