Until now, Ioffice operation have been run as separate companies without a group structure. To support the ongoing growth journey, work began last year to restructure the six constituent companies into a group with Ioffice Business Center AB as the parent company.

"In this way, we make the total value of the entire coworking business visible, also incorporating our construction company. We aim to continue growing significantly in the coming years and need a transparent corporate structure," says Homan Tehrani, CEO of Ioffice.

Since its founding in 2007, the companies within the Ioffice group have been owned by essentially the same family, collaborating on procurement, shared services, and concept development. With rapid growth in recent years, the owners are now changing the company structure to a group format.

"We are also seeing a shift in our industry, where large companies are increasingly using coworking and office hotels as a complement to their fixed office spaces. At the same time, it is equally attractive for small and medium-sized companies to have a modern office hotel with flexible contracts as their main office. We believe the industry faces many years of continued growth."

Starting from the 2024 financial year, all companies will be under Ioffice Business Center AB. The group consists of six different companies: Ioffice Stockholm AB, Univation AB, My Services Stockholm AB, Kungsgatan 64 Business Center AB, Ioffice Bygg och Service AB, and Ioffice Göteborg AB.

"A unique value we offer our customers is being involved in the entire process of building their offices, from design to furnishing. This is possible because we have our own construction company that renovates, furnishes, and maintains our facilities. We also believe in developing more support services for companies renting offices to increase the added value," says Homan Tehrani.

Ioffice is one of Sweden's largest industry players, operating nine facilities in Stockholm and Gothenburg with a total of over 28,000 square meters of office space. Soon, a new location at Sveavägen 32–36 in Stockholm will open, adding over 5,700 square meters across seven floors. In 2023, the business grew by 86 percent, from SEK 112 million to SEK 209 million year-over-year.
