Irisity appoints Andreas Höye as new Chief Financial Officer

Gothenburg - Irisity AB (publ) today announces that Andreas Höye has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Andreas Höye currently acts as Investment Director at Chalmers Ventures. He also has experience as CFO of the VC Fund CISF. Andreas holds an MBA from the University of Agder, Kristiansand.

Andreas Höye will be part of Irisity's management team and report to CEO Marcus Bäcklund. His role includes responsibility for Investor Relations as well as management responsibility for the Finance & Administration team.

Andreas Höye takes up his position in August and succeeds Erik Stenberg who, at his own request, has chosen to leave Irisity.
