ISG Appointed To Deliver Luxury Hertfordshire Home

ISG has secured a £1.1 million project to deliver a stunning new home in the upmarket Wheathampstead area of Hertfordshire. The contractor will deliver a full turnkey solution, which includes the demolition of an existing building on site and the construction and fit out of the luxury property.

The five-bedroomed, three-storey home has been carefully designed to complement existing buildings in the surrounding conservation area, whilst incorporating modern, high specification building materials and efficient mechanical and electrical infrastructure to minimise energy consumption.

ISG will fit out the 3,500 ft2 home to an extremely high standard using bespoke joinery elements throughout the property, custom kitchen, bathroom and en-suite facilities, with the scheme also including a significant external landscaping package. The contractor will work closely with the project’s architect and interior designer, Powell Tuck Associates (PTA) over the year-long build programme to ensure that the design concept is delivered to the client’s exacting standards and expectations.
