ISG Appointed To Nationwide Refurbishment Framework

Nationwide Building Society has signed up ISG as a framework partner for a major branch refurbishment programme across the UK. Running through until 2013, the framework will deliver a new and improved customer format to Nationwide’s UK branches.

The appointment is an important win for ISG as Nationwide Building Society is a brand new client for the business. Encompassing the entire Nationwide network, ISG will be carrying out improvement works across a range of different sized branches, with differing refurbishment requirements. The fast-track projects will be delivered while the branch network continues to be open to the public, with ISG working out of hours to minimise disruption and ensure completion is achieved on schedule.

The Rugby branch was the first to receive a full makeover, followed by a branch in Milton Keynes ahead of the main roll out across the UK. ISG will carry out all elements of the fit out, from carpets to light fittings but also including the project management of IT and installation of replacement ATMs.
