ISG Confirms Place on Influential NEPO Framework

ISG has been appointed to the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) Construction Framework, which has a predicted value of between £90 million and £1 billion. The company has secured a coveted place across each of the framework’s four categories.

This latest award further strengthens ISG’s profile within the North East and reaffirms the contractor’s commitment to securing a greater volume of work via frameworks. Recently ISG has been selected as the sole appointee to the £22 million Cleveland Fire Authority Framework, encompassing the construction of four new local fire stations and a new headquarters for the Fire Authority in Hartlepool.

These successes add to ISG’s existing framework portfolio, including the North West Construction Hub, the South West Construction Hub, the Ministry of Justice Strategic Alliance Agreement Framework for Construction and the South East Wales Schools Capital Working Group.

The NEPO Construction Framework is a four-year procurement and delivery vehicle encompassing new build and refurbishment projects for public sector organisations, including local authorities, educational establishments and housing associations, in the North East of England. ISG has been successful in each of the framework’s four categories: construction-only schemes with a value of £4 million plus; design and build schemes with a value of £4 million plus; construction-only schemes with a value of less than £4 million and design and build schemes with a value of less than £4 million.
