ISG Ranked Number One in Fit Out League Table

ISG has been ranked as London’s number one fit out company by Metropolis Property Research. The independent study identifies the top performers delivering new office space for commercial occupiers across central London.

In the five years 2009-2013, a total of 49.6 million sq ft of new office space has been let in central London. Deals over 25,000 sq ft amounted to 24.7 million sq ft, or about 48 per cent of the total. ISG delivered 3,124,000 sq ft worth of projects in this category, capturing 29 per cent of the total.

The interior architect table was topped by Pringle Brandon Perkins+Will for the third time in a row. ISG worked with the multi-disciplinary architectural practice on five projects greater than 25,000 sq ft during the period under review.
