ISG's Citadines Prestige Apart'hotel Project All Square In Trafalgar

ISG has successfully delivered the latest in a string of hotel refurbishment projects in central London, with the handover of a £6 million scheme at the Citadines Prestige Trafalgar Square London

Involving a full strip out and refurbishment of all 187 guest rooms, the project was carried out across a phased programme to enable the serviced residence to remain fully operational and open for business. Upgrades to the guest apartments included the refurbishment of the existing bathrooms and kitchens, new bamboo flooring, wall coverings and upgraded decoration, installation of new fixtures, fittings, furniture and equipment, as well as a number of changes to room layouts.

ISG also completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the reception, lounge and breakfast areas as part of the project, along with improvements to back of house facilities. The programme also included upgrades to the building’s mechanical and electrical services and the property’s IT infrastructure to enhance overall operational efficiencies.
